Hybrid Physical Therapy (In-Person)

For active adults around 30A dealing with pain or recurring injuries who want to return to full training.

  • 1 or 2 monthly sessions, 60-minutes each

  • Comprehensive strength and mobility assessments

  • Custom rehab programming to build confidence in your body again

  • Direct access and messaging support between visits

  • Lifestyle guidance (sleep, stress, nutrition, recovery) to help you move and feel better

  • Access to state-of-the-art equipment usually reserved for professional athletes
